STORAGE & FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

Storage Instructions

• Store meals in the freezer immediately after delivery.

• Keep packs sealed and frozen until you are ready to use them.

• Once a pack has thawed (moved from freezer to fridge), use the contents within 2 days.

• Do not refreeze a pack once it has thawed (moved from freezer to fridge).

Feeding Instructions

• If serving straight from frozen, place the sealed pack in a bowl of warm water for 15–20 minutes until thawed (softened). Then gently heat in the microwave until warm, not hot. Stir once before serving.

• If the pack has been moved to the fridge overnight, warm it gently for a few seconds — just until pleasantly warm, never hot.

• Optionally, add a splash of warm water before serving to enhance aroma and texture.

Your monthly plan is divided into three carefully timed deliveries for optimal freshness and convenience:

• First Delivery: Day 1 – 10 meals

• Second Delivery: Day 10 – 10 meals

• Third Delivery: Day 20 – 8 meals

This cycle system keeps your freezer space manageable while ensuring your dog always enjoys freshly prepared meals.
