Delivery & Storage FAQs
Find answers to common questions about delivery and storage
We aim to deliver within 3 hours of receiving your order, or by 8 PM if the order is placed before 7 PM.
We currently deliver only within Mysore.
Place the meals in the freezer immediately to maintain freshness, safety, and quality.
If you’re planning ahead:
Move the pack you intend to use from the freezer to the fridge the night before, so it can thaw (soften) gradually.
If you need to serve immediately:
Place the frozen pack in a bowl of room-temperature to lukewarm water for 15–25 minutes, until it becomes soft enough to open. Avoid hot water.
Warm the food to pleasantly warm, not hot:
- Microwave: Spread the food in a shallow bowl. Heat for 30–45 seconds, stir, then heat another 15–30 seconds if needed.
- Stovetop: Heat on a low flame for 1–2 minutes, stirring gently.
Always test the temperature before serving.
Yes, you may serve it without heating, especially in warm weather. However, we recommend warming slightly as it enhances aroma and taste, making the meal more enjoyable. Never serve the food frozen.
We recommend thawing (softening) first for even heating and better texture. Heating directly from frozen may result in uneven warmth.
Yes. Adding 1–2 tablespoons of water while warming can improve texture and moisture. Mix well.
Place the frozen pack in a bowl of room-temperature to lukewarm water for 15–25 minutes, open once soft, then warm gently before serving. Do not refreeze once thawed.
If the pack is still cold to touch and partially frozen, place it in the freezer immediately. If it has fully thawed, refrigerate and use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.
A light, natural aroma is normal due to fresh ingredients and fish oil — and pets love it. There are no artificial flavours in our meals.
Once you move a pack from the freezer to the fridge, use it within 2 days for best freshness, taste, and safety.
