1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website woofbowl.in and the purchase of products and services provided by Woofbowlfoods (“we”, “our”, “us”). By visiting or ordering from our site, creating a subscription, or otherwise using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Placing orders: Orders placed via the website or phone are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Pricing: All prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices; prices charged for your order are those displayed at checkout.
Minimum order & delivery fees: Minimum order value is ₹499. Orders below ₹499 incur a delivery fee of ₹59. Orders of ₹499 and above enjoy free delivery within our delivery zones (see Shipping Policy).
Payment methods: We accept UPI, Razorpay (UPI/Card) and Cash on Delivery (COD) as described at checkout. For phone-assisted orders, we accept UPI or COD. Razorpay processes card and UPI payments; we do not store raw card details.
5. Subscriptions & Plans
Subscription cycle: Our standard subscription runs on a 28-day cycle with three scheduled deliveries (commonly 10+10+8 days). Delivery dates are confirmed with the customer prior to each cycle.
Renewals: Cycles are renewed with your approval. We will notify you before renewal and you will have the option to approve, modify, pause or cancel per the Cancellation Policy.
Pause & switches: You may pause a subscription before the delivery window begins. You may switch recipes or change between Full and Half plans; changes take effect from the next delivery window. Any price differences will be pro-rated.
Subscription cancellation: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will be charged for meals already delivered; remaining undelivered meal value will be refunded pro-rata to your original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery logistics are managed by our in-house team and our vetted third-party partners (e.g., Porter, Rapido). We currently deliver only within Mysore. We aim to deliver within three hours of order confirmation, or by 8 PM for orders placed before 7 PM. Delivery slots and attempts are as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Product Nature & Handling
Our products are fresh, human-grade ingredients prepared into frozen meals and dehydrated treats. Because these products are perishable, strict storage, thawing and handling requirements apply. You must follow our provided defrosting and handling instructions (available in the Help Center). Failure to follow instructions may result in spoilage and is the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Changes, Cancellations & Modifications
You may request order changes or cancellation as soon as possible. We can modify orders prior to dispatch subject to availability. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Subscription changes should be requested prior to the next delivery window.
9. Refunds & Returns (Summary)
Because our meals are perishable and frozen, we do not accept returns of delivered products for safety and hygiene reasons. Refunds for delivered meals are not available except in the limited circumstances set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (e.g., confirmed delivery failures or our proven error). Subscription refunds for undelivered meals will be pro-rated. Please consult our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website including text, graphics, logos, designs, product images and software is owned or licensed by Woofbowlfoods. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload or distribute any material from the site without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Woofbowlfoods' TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT ORDER. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
We expressly disclaim medical, dietary or health warranties. Please see our Health & Liability Clause in the Privacy Policy for full details and responsibilities relating to pet health, allergies, and handling.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Woofbowlfoods harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, failure to follow storage/feeding instructions, or failure to disclose known allergies or medical conditions of your pet.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) explains how we collect, use and share personal information. By using our services you consent to that collection and use in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, transport disruption, or supplier failures. In such events we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and to resume services as soon as practicable.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mysore, Karnataka, India.
