STORAGE & FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS

Storage Instructions

• Store meals in the freezer immediately after delivery.

• Keep packs sealed and frozen until you are ready to use them.

• Once a pack has thawed (moved from freezer to fridge), use the contents within 2 days.

• Do not refreeze a pack once it has thawed (moved from freezer to fridge).

Feeding Instructions

• If serving straight from frozen, place the sealed pack in a bowl of warm water for 15–20 minutes until thawed (softened). Then gently heat in the microwave until warm, not hot. Stir once before serving.

• If the pack has been moved to the fridge overnight, warm it gently for a few seconds — just until pleasantly warm, never hot.

• Optionally, add a splash of warm water before serving to enhance aroma and texture.

Every meal is handled with care and delivered frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and safety — from our kitchen to your door.

• We aim to deliver within 3 hours of receiving your order.

• Orders placed before 7:00 PM will be delivered by 8:00 PM the same day.

• Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Free delivery on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will include a ₹59 delivery charge.

If you’re not home during delivery, we can arrange a safe drop with a trusted contact or reschedule to a convenient time — just call our customer care team and we’ll take care of it.

We currently deliver across Mysore only.
